  • Every project starts with people. With Kona Heaven, we made it a priority to meet in person, spend time at the café, and really get to know not just the business, but the heart behind it. Through those conversations, we were able to clearly identify their needs: to better communicate their farm-to-cup story, create a stronger and more consistent brand presence, increase both in-store traffic and online sales, and build a marketing system that actually reflects the experience they offer in person. By taking the time to listen and understand first, we were able to define a direction that felt true to who they are and what they wanted to grow into.

the process

  • With a clear strategy in place, we executed across every key area of their marketing plan. We designed and developed a website that not only reflects their brand but also supports eCommerce, making it easy for customers to shop their coffee beans online. We managed their social media by capturing real, on-site content and building genuine relationships with their team to ensure everything felt authentic. On the advertising side, we built and optimized Google Ads, launched social campaigns to increase awareness, and implemented email marketing to stay connected with their audience. Each piece was intentionally built to work together—driving traffic, building trust, and converting customers both online and in person

  • From that foundation, we built a strategy that felt true to who they are. We refined their brand voice and messaging so it clearly communicated their story, and created a plan that aligned their website, advertising, and social media into one cohesive system. The focus was on clarity and consistency—making sure every touchpoint worked together to attract the right audience and create a seamless experience from first impression to in-store visit or online purchase.

  • What matters most to us is what happens after everything is launched. With Kona Heaven, we’ve continued to stay involved—refining, adjusting, and growing alongside them. Over time, the relationship has become just as important as the results. We’re not just another vendor—we’re a partner they can rely on. That’s always the goal: to build something that lasts, both in the marketing and in the relationship behind it.
